Biryani (For 1 person)
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Small tomato
- Chopped Garlic (2 pieces)
- Your favorite vegetable (250 G)
- Biryani Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Yogurt (1 Tablespoon)
- Chopped coriander (1 Tablespoon)
- Chopped Mint (1 Tablespoon)
- Deep fried red onion (1 Tablespoon)
- Rice (200 G)
- Ghee or butter (2 tablespoons)
How to cook:
- Chop onion, tomatoes, garlic, coriander, mint into small pieces (Bite-size)
- Soak basmati in warm water and wash in cold water until the water runs out (In case you don’t have basmati rice, you can use any kind of rice available in your local area)
- Put Ghee (1 tablespoon) on pan wait until it is hot than put chopped garlic.
- Put chopped onion and tomatoes cooked until it is well then put biryani powder (2 tablespoons) and mix them together.
- Put vegetable and yogurt and wait until they are well cooked
- Put Indian rice, then add coriander, mint and Ghee (1 tablespoon)
- Turn to low heat, cover the pan with a lid then wait for 2 minutes
- Sprinkle deep fried onion on top
- Food is ready to be served
Tikka Masala (For 1 person)
Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato
- Chopped Garlic (2 pieces)
- Your favorite roasted meat (250 G); chicken, lamb, prawn or fish etc.
- Tikka Masala Powder (2 tablespoons)
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 1 Cup of water
How to cook:
- Chop onion, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces (Bite-size)
- Put oil 2 tablespoons on hot pan
- Put chopped garlic wait until it turns to light brown
- Put chop onions and wait until it turns to brown
- Put tomato chopped and heavy cream
- Put a pinch of salt and Tikka Masala (2 tablespoons) and mix it all together
- Add preferred meat and cover the pan with a lid and after 2 minutes with low heat
- Add some water mix and cover wait 5 minutes
- Turn to low heat, taste it and add some salt or masala powder if you prefer strong flavor then wait around 15
- Food is ready to be served
Sabzi Masala (For 1 person)
Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato
- Chopped Garlic (2 pieces)
- Your favorite vegetables (250 G)
- Sabzi Masala Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Veg oil (2 Tablespoons)
- 1 Cup of water
How to cook:
- Chop onion, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces (Bite-size)
- Put oil 2 tablespoons on hot pan
- Put chopped garlic wait until it turns to light brown
- Put chop onions and wait until it turns to brown
- Put tomato chopped
- Add a pinch of salt and Sabzi Masala Powder (2 tablespoons) then mix it all together
- Add preferred vegetables and mix it.
- Cover the pan with a lid and after 2 minutes with slow fire
- Add some water and mix. Then wait 5 minutes
- Turn to low heat, taste it and add some salt or masala powder if you prefer strong flavor then wait around 15 minutes
- Food is ready to be served
Grill Tikka (For 1 person)
Ingredient:
- Yogurt (50 ml)
- Tikka Grill Masala Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Your favorite meat/ vegetable (250 G)
- Ginger Powder (1 Tablespoons)
- Garlic Powder (1 Tablespoons)
How to cook:
- Mix all ingredients together and leave it on the refrigerator for one hour
- Grill in the charcoal chimney or oven with 200 degree Celsius for 5 minutes
- Food is ready to be served
Aloo Gobi

Ingredient:
- 2 potatoes, medium, sliced or cubed
- 1 cauliflower, medium, cut into small florets
- 1 onion, medium, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, medium, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chili
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 3-4 teaspoons oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt, to taste
How to cook:
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan on medium heat
- Add cut potatoes and fry for 2 minutes then add cauliflower
- Fry on low flame for 5 minutes till it have some brown spots
- Drain it and set aside
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil on medium heat and add cumin seeds and chopped garlic
- Add onion and cook it for 2 minutes til it turn to brown
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chili cook for another 2 minutes till they are soft
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder
- Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes then add the potatoes and cauliflower to it and mix
- Add chopped coriander leaves
- and cook the potato and cauliflower on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.(If it looks sticky, you may add some water. Add 1 tablespoon at a time)
- Garnish with some more coriander leaves and serve hot with any Indian bread
